Privacy information
How photographs, browser drafts, account data and generated videos are processed and stored.

Photographs and processing
Your selected photograph or photographs, scene and output settings are sent to our server when you submit. We use SeeAPI to check images and the assembled story, followed by fal to generate the video. Providers receive the content needed for processing and handle their copies under their own policies. Read fal privacy information.
Processing uses private Cloudflare R2 objects with limited-duration signed access. Moderation-only objects are removed on a best-effort basis after checks. Deletion from our bucket does not prove deletion from a provider. The dedicated private bucket is configured with one-day cleanup for input/moderation objects and 14-day cleanup for output objects. Lifecycle deletion runs asynchronously.
Browser drafts
Photographs and selected settings can stay in this browser for up to 24 hours after the last save to support sign-in and payment redirects. Expired drafts are removed on the next studio visit. Confirmed submission clears the stored draft; uncertain submissions retain it. The current studio can still display your photos until you clear them or leave the page. Changing between shared and separate photo modes clears the photo slots to prevent reinterpreting the wrong image. Use Clear draft on a shared device.
Videos, accounts and payment
Your generated videos require account ownership checks for playback and download. The public preview is a separate, owner-authorized example using fictional adults; other users’ videos are not added to the preview. A delivered video is available for 14 days after it is stored; save your own copy. Account information, task progress, credit transactions and payment records remain associated with your account. Authentication cookies keep you signed in. Checkout is handled by the payment provider; our forms do not collect full card details.
Account avatars and support attachments are separate private objects. Their owner and authorized support staff can access them to handle requests. They are not covered by the generation input cleanup policy.
